On December 23rd, 2019, a series of Chinese culture experience activities and 2019 Christmas fellowship of foreign experts in Hebei Province, themed with "Warms Heart by Service, Bring Together by Activity” was held in Hebei Foreign Studies University (HFSU). This activity is sponsored by Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Bureau and organized by HFSU.

In line with the 19th Spirit of the Party, we study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech thoroughly, enhance the opening of talents, improve the talent introduction mechanism, and create a good environment for attracting talents in Hebei province. This successful event has played an important role in building up a new situation of foreign expert service in Hebei Province.
At about 3:00 p.m., an advice seminar was held in the foreign experts' bookstore of HFSU. According to the actual situation and the experience of working in Hebei, the foreign experts put forward practical and effective suggestions on the development and construction of Hebei Province. Wang Zhongqun, Director of Foreign Experts Management Office of Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Bureau, extended sincere greetings to the foreign experts, and hoped to take this event as an opportunity to deepen practical cooperation between Hebei Province and foreign friends from all walks of life in various fields, jointly promote talent training and technological innovation and development for Hebei Province. Hebei Foreign Experts Bureau will, as always, offering better environment and provide more high-quality and efficient services for foreign experts.
