On September 3th, 21:00 pm of Beijing, and September 3th, 8:00am of Lima, Hebei International Studies University signed the contracts with Bilu State-owned university and celebrated the international ceremony together.

All  leaders who attended the meeting are as follows: President of Hebei International Studies University professor Sunjianzhong, the associated president and excutive president professor Xiwei,the assistant of president and duputy president Yangzhen, the dean of international studies department professor Hanfang, the dean of computer science department professor WangZexian,the associated dean of computer science department professor Xingzexin, the dean of International Language Education Department Professor Guo Yuling.

The state-owned university leaders are as follows: President A Maduoer, Weier Ka Duoma, the duputy president A Er Man Duo, doctor Saluomei, the director of the innovation and academic management office  Doctor Lu Dexi,the minister of domestic and international cooperation minister A Na .Maliya.

The meeting was held by the duputy assistant and the associated president Yangzhen, and the doctor host the meeting with Chinese and Spanish. First, the leaders from two parties extended the warm welcome to each other and watched the introduction vedio of Hebei International Studies University,later,the meeting started, the two parties reached the agreements as follows:

1. To strenghthen the Academic cooperation and enhance the high level of academic outcome;

2. to promote the bilateral exchange cooperation on teachers , students, and management members on teaching ,academic learning and double-degrees.

3. to cooperate the main subjects and innovation programs ;

4. to support the international  intelligence constructions and strengthen the Bilu neutral cooperation between the central techonology cooperations;

5. the two parties co-built the confucius department;

6.the two parties cooperated with each other and two parties held the meetings together.

 Peru’s neutral duputy president A Ermanduo, Doctor Saluomei extended the warmest welcome to the leaders and supported the cooperation programs together.
