We do appreciate your kindness greeting letter and the anti-epidemic mask which donated from Otemae university, you spared no effort to purchased and donated to us, we felt excited and was moved by your friendly act. A friend in need is a friend indeed, our friendship has been infused with deep kinship.
Hebei Foreign Studies University (HFSU) has more than 21000 teachers and students, plus 210 foreign teachers currently. Since the epidemic burst out in China, with the strong leadership of the CPC, the State Party Committee, Provincial government and other departments, no one is infected with the COVID-19. On one hand, it benefits from online and offline organization, guidance, prevention and control, On the other hand, it also benefits from the spiritual encouragement and material support of international partners like Otemae university. In this epidemic situation, Shijiazhuang city has done the best in the prevention and control among other 30 capitals provincial in China. Among the 11 million people in the city, only 29 cases have been confirmed of infection. At present, 22 cases have been cured, and 0 case has died. Among the 97 million people in Hebei Province, 317 cases were confirmed of infection, 261 cases were cured and 6 cases died.
The epidemic is merciless, but our brothers are merciful. During the time we facing the epidemic disaster, we appreciated for your care and concern for our teachers and all our students. You behave has inspired and encouraged us to have more confidence in fighting the epidemic situation.
Nowadays, enterprises, institutions and schools in all provinces of China are returning to work in an orderly manner. After we back to the routine school life, we will delivery this deep friendship to all our teachers and students, and let the teachers and students always bear in mind that when we are in difficulties, our sincere partners never left us behind, and always care about us, and provide necessary help to us timely.
